🕒 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via UPS to provide fast and reliable service. The individual shipping priority options are chosen by the customer. 

🌎 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes (USPS only). At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

💵 Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised when available.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package through the UPS or USPS website.

📬 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@bramericafashion.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
